We seek adventurous and resourceful young (or young-at-heart) interns to join us in growing and building this business. • Organising and managing at least one community-based event
  • Developing workplace and social responsibility policies.
  • Training/supervising of local staff in general administration and book-keeping
  • Developing mentoring and training programs for local staff and coffee-roasters

Interns will report to the Director and a specific program with defined tasks will be developed for each individual taking into account his/her unique skills, qualifications and preferences.

Interns joining us from abroad are encouraged to travel and explore the different regions of Tanzania, as well as learn Kiswahili, and flexible working hours can be arranged to accommodate this. We will also facilitate accomodation bookings as well as transportation to and from the airport.

All interns will be considered for a permanent position in the future with us.
